This year we are pleased to offer the following Medical field classes.  ICEMA CE's will also be given for those that need them.  Make sure you bring your certification/license with you to the class. Update Class on Heat and Cold Emergencies:  There is a ton of new information about these and how cause and effect takes place.  Presented by Marie Podboy Altitude Illness:  More in depth info presented by Dr. Debbie Bervel Patient Management in the Wilderness/Improvisation: Presented by Wes Podboy Documentation for SAR/EMS Providers:  The need and ramifications of poor documentation.  This class will be presented by Steve Miller, Attorney, State of California   Prepare to be on the stand  (Class will be on Sunday morning only) Snake Bite:  This class is presented by Josh Richling, paramedic with Mercy Air.  His snake research is done in partnership with Dr. Sean Bush adn Mike Cardwell.  He will be bringing friends that slither and will be dealing with the latest methods of care.  (Class will be on saturday morning only)  Helitac Or What to do with the Flying Cuisinart:  This class is a whole lot more than just learning hand signals.  You need to understand how and why helicopters fly, and what affects operations and what limitations they have.  You need to have "Good Helicopter Sense".  A ton of information in a short 2 hours.  Presented by Wes Podboy.
